Because individuals have so much control over their online presence, a marketer must respond to queries in a timely manner, or the customer will simply lose interest. Everything in social media is in real time, so a social media marketer must be prepared to act at all times.

3. Always Improve your Product

Join competitor’s discussion forums, listen to owners of competitors’ products, and read reviews on social media channels about competitors’ products. All of these things will give you a better insight on what your customer wants. This will enable you to continuously update and improve your product to tailor towards what your targeted consumer truly wants.
